16 step mobility assessment evaluating a golfers posture, balance, strength, flexibility and motor control.

Here, we match your physical limitations that were identified during the mobility assessment and how they may or may not be related to your swing characteristics. Data using Trackman technology will be used to track club head speed, distance, ball speed, etc.

Individualized exercise tailored to you to address physical limitations identified during the mobility assessment. 

Therapeutic interventions such as exercise, neuromuscular re-education and manual therapy  will be used to address golfers with pain or injuries inhibiting them from playing golf or significantly impacting ability to play. 

Interventions such as joint mobilizations/manipulations, muscle energy techniques and soft tissue massage may be used to address mobility restrictions when deemed appropriate from your therapist.

Education and training on strategies and techniques to reduce risk of injury or to extend golf playing career.
