Comprehensive mobility assessment evaluating a throwers strength, range of motion, balance and motor control.

Here, we match your physical limitations that were identified during the mobility assessment and how they may or may not be related to your pitch/throwing characteristics. Data using Trackman technology may be used to track pitch velocity, spin and ball flight.

Individualized exercise tailored to you to address physical limitations identified during the mobility assessment. 

Therapeutic interventions such as exercise, neuromuscular re-education and manual therapy  will be used to address athletes with pain or injuries inhibiting them pitching/throwing or significantly impacting ability to play baseball.

Interventions such as joint mobilizations/manipulations, muscle energy techniques and soft tissue massage may be used to address mobility restrictions when deemed appropriate from your therapist.

Education and training on strategies and techniques to reduce your risk of injury or to extend your baseball playing career.
