— My Story

All my life I have always been involved in sports. As a kid, football was my main focus. But ever since I can remember, I always enjoyed playing golf with my dad to the point where if I wasn’t training for football, I was swinging a golf club. After four years of undergrad and football at Ithaca College, it was time to walk away from the game and focus on something else. I decided to devote myself to the game of golf while finishing up two years of grad school at Ithaca College to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018.

Soon after graduating, I relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee to take advantage of the warmer weather and year-round-golf. There, I received my Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification and successfully started a golf performance training program with the outpatient orthopedics company I was working for. Over the years I worked with middle school aged golfers, club champions, weekend warriors as well as golfers at the professional level. I absorbed an incredible amount of knowledge about treating golfers to enhance their performance such as more consistent ball striking, reducing fatigue, overcoming golf related injuries/pain and injury prevention techniques.

There is no reason to let your aches and pain guide your decision making or prevent you from reaching your personal fitness goals. Whether that be being able to complete 18 holes without any back or hip pain or crush your workout without that nagging shoulder pain. I am here to help our community evolve to their maximum potential and pain-free lifestyle.

“We don’t believe there is one way to swing a club. We believe that there are an infinite number of ways to swing a club. But we do believe that there is one efficient way for everyone to swing a club and it is based on what they can physically do.”
